ABOUT US

When life happens, your organization needs a plan.

Your time, saved. (25)

Every organization faces moments that test its systems — caregiving, illness, recovery, or loss. For employees, these moments are personal. For HR and Finance leaders, they’re complex, high-stakes, and often invisible to the broader business.

Why we exist

Helping people spend time where it matters.
That’s our purpose and the foundation of everything we do.

Because every leave decision echoes across families, finances, and futures, we help employers create ancillary benefit and leave management strategies to navigate those decisions with care and conviction. We know absence touches both the personal and the organizational, and our work honors that balance.

Our expertise is your gain

We started as insurance consultants, deeply versed in life, disability, and supplemental health plans. But over time, one truth became undeniable: every disability claim is part of a larger absence story.

That realization changed everything.

Finding a better way

We saw firsthand how employees were navigating one deeply personal event through three disjointed systems: internal leave policies, state and federal mandates, and employer-provided insurance benefits. None of them were designed to work together, leaving gaps in coverage, compliance risk, and stress for everyone involved.

So we stepped back and built a more complete way to serve.

Creating plans that work

Today, we help employers align their leave and ancillary benefit programs, creating a plan that actually works across insurance, mandates, in-house leave, and HR tech platforms. Our unique vantage point lets us identify misalignments, coordinate offsets, and ensure that compliance, culture, and cost containment aren’t at odds.

We don’t just see the silos, we connect them.

Who we serve

We help mid-to-large US employers manage scale and complexity: decentralized workforces, self-funded plans, modern but underperforming HR tech, and strategic leaders seeking solutions.

To help your organization overcome these challenges, you need a strategic partner. Our methods are designed to tame complexity for organizations that won’t settle for “good enough.”

Every leave request is personal. Your solution should be strategic.

Taylor began her career in HR, where she saw how employees’ benefit experiences influence their connection to their employer. That insight deepened when she transitioned into ancillary benefits consulting, entering an industry that often prioritized transactions over strategy. Recognizing the potential for more intentional consulting, she’s focused her career on helping organizations bring clarity and coordination to their benefits approach.

Most recently, Taylor served as an advisor to mid-sized to large employers working in the National Ancillary Benefits and Absence Management Center of Excellence at a top-15 firm. Her specialty lies in translating disconnected policies into cohesive, operational strategies that align HR and Finance priorities.

Her and her husband’s experiences navigating parental leave were night and day—a powerful and deeply personal example that the design of a leave program can directly shape employee satisfaction and retention. That perspective drives her work today, where she helps employers build leave strategies that are both compliant and genuinely supportive.

The moments that matter most deserve good intentions and a plan.

Let’s design it together.
